Serving as AOR for Hayes Components, we’ve had a chance to help shape the brand through digital, social and traditional since 2009. Our work has ranged from a “Hayesing” campaign which involved “stealing” and upgrading bikes, to 20-page catalog inserts, to tradeshow promotions, to new sites for each of the five brands. We’ve also helped launch several new products. Oh, and our riding skillz have def improved.

Having a chance to impact a company’s entire scope of marketing is immensely fulfilling. We not only helped Hayes unite their brands under the Hayes Components name on the web and elsewhere, but drove each brand’s individual personality home. Manitou forks and shocks represent the science of smooth. Answer bars, pedals and apparel give riders ultimate control. Unique and united: as good a combo as sweat and dirt.

Plus-sized Fun

To support the launch of the Manitou Magnum, Hayes first plus-sized fork, we developed an over-the-top social media tease campaign spreading the gospel of “Making Bigger Better.” Our social shenanigans led to the big reveal at Sea Otter Classic, where the new Magnum was met with praise from riders and pubs alike.
